A few reminders:
*School starts at 8am tomorrow, Wednesday, September 3rd.
*School is dismissed at noon tomorrow, Wednesday, September 3rd.
*Preschool rides the bus with everyone else, leaving at noon (about 20 min later than usual).
There is NO SCHOOL on Thursday, September 4th and Friday, September 5th.

School photos were handed out today. If you want retakes, or did not get photos on the original date, a makeup/retake day will be October 14th. Class pictures will also be taken that day. Reminders will be sent prior to that date.

School IDs for 6-12 grades will be available in the next few weeks.

3Forks Bikes in Pullman has partnered with Oakesdale for a bike club. The first event is September 10th after school. Students who participate and complete the program can receive a free bike. Please see the flyer for details-the flyer also has information on how to sign up. This is a great opportunity for students in grades 6-12. #NighthawkProud

Hello Nighthawk Community!
The yearbook for the 2024-2025 school year was handed out today to those who ordered and paid. We do have more so if you would like one, please bring $35 to the office and we will get you one. There is a limited number of yearbooks available, so act fast. Last year's annual staff did a great job. #NighthawkProud

Oakesdale has a new partnership with 3Forks Bike Shop in Pullman....the 3Forks Bike Club will be available to Oakesdale Middle and High School students this fall. The first day of the program will be September 10th. Students who particpate and complete the program will earn a free bike. Please see the flyer attached to the email and on the NEWS section of the website; scan the QR code for information and sign up. A representative from 3Forks Bike Shop will be at Open House on Tuesday, August 26th. This is a great opportunity for our students. #NighthawkProud

School photo order forms are now available on the school website at www.gonighthawks.net under the NEWS section. School photos will start at 10am on Friday during registration. We will also have the forms available on Friday.

A HUGE thank you to the Stuff the Bus campaign led by the Colfax Kiwanis Club..supplies were collected earlier this week and all basic school supplies will be provided for all students in Oakesdale this year! If you have already shopped, that is fine, bring those; if you have not shopped, you don't need to.

Thank you to Mrs. Harp for connecting Oakesdale to this great event, and thank you to the Kiwanis and the larger Whitman County community for taking care of all the students this year. #NighthawkProud

The field is ready for graduation! Join us on Saturday at 11am as we celebrate Oakesdale's Class of 2025. Bring a lawn chair; most of the chair rows are reserved, and we do have some bleacher space. There will be a shuttle from the cafeteria doors down to the field for those that will need assistance. #NighthawkProud
